Right of Withdrawal

This right applies to consumers only — a consumer is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us —

— of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs from choosing a delivery type other than the standard offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees apply for this reimbursement.

If you requested that performance begin before the end of the withdrawal period: you shall pay us an amount proportionate to the service already performed up to the point you inform us of the withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract.

Special note on early performance (§ 356 (4) BGB)

For contracts on the provision of services, your right of withdrawal lapses if we have fully performed the service and started performance only after you gave your express consent and simultaneously acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance. This consent is captured as a separate, non-pre-ticked checkbox at Step 5 of checkout.
